CD REVIEW PART 1Since the beginning of 1995, Rave, Happyhardcore and Hardcore house have grown in their populairity and they are still growing in their popularity. And because I like these kinds of music styles, I wrote these reviews... Charly Lownoise and Mental Theo are very popular here in Holland. After releasing their own album and the '95 Summer Rave Mix, they are back again with this smashing compilation album. They did not made all the tracks on this double CD but they they have compileded it. If you are a real rave lover, you will love this album because all the tracks are 100% Rave or Happyhardcore. When you hear these CD's you will notice it is still very popular to mix allready existing tunes, some examples of this are "Can you feel the love tonight" by Nu Love. In this track the use the famous song by Elton John, but now it is faster and it has got a beat. All the tracks sound happy, that is also a characteristic of Rave and Happyhardcore.

This album is called Mangamania because the artist who made these tracks, made them especially for these CD's. Dance, trance, techno and hardcore inspired by Manga. This means that all the tracks use some samples taken from some Manga cartoons. The most used cartoon is Akira but I think they have also used The Guyver and some others. Between all the tracks there are little interludes with scenes from the Manga cartoons. The tracks are not as fast and happy as on Raveparade 4 but with the use of the samples taken from the Manga-animations they are really nice to listen at...
